All cattery cabins are individually heated, and the cats have separate sleeping and toilet areas and their own attached run through a cat flap. They can go anywhere in their own territory, even at night and in the rain, as both the runs and the sleeping sections are fully roofed. They can have the choice of staying in their cabin for a snooze or going out to watch the world go by. We try to feed your cats the same diet they receive at home, and at the same time of day. We stock various flavours of Felix, Whiskas, Duchess, Kit-E-Kat tinned food and either Whiskas or Go-Cat dry food. Occasionally we do have other brands available so please check with us if your cat's normal food differs. If we do not stock your pet's favourite, we ask you to provide sufficient for the duration of the stay. We are also more than happy to administer medication as and when needed, including injections for diabetic cats. All of the cats are let out in turn to roam the cattery and kitchen, so they also get a change of scenery. There is nowhere for cats to escape to as the building is secure and cats are supervised by a member of staff at all times during these exercise periods. We do provide bedding and toys but you are more than welcome to bring a small blanket and/or toys of their own. We do recommend that you only bring bedding which is easily washed and identified so that we don't misplace it in the laundry should it become soiled. |
