Boarders' grooming	Vaccinations	Your e-mail address	Special boarding rates
Whilst your pets are boarding with us, we can groom them or even just give them a bath and nail trim. We offer a 10% discount on our normal rates for all grooming services while your pets are in our care. We attempt to do this on the day of departure but we may need to do it the previous day occasionally.	We insist on all pets having current annual booster vaccinations before boarding with us. This is for the protection of your pets and all other boarders. Please remember to bring their vaccination certificates with you if they have been re-vaccinated since they last stayed with us.	In an effort to reduce our postal costs, we are now confirming bookings and asking for deposits by e-mail whenever possible. We will, therefore, ask for your e-mail address if you have not already registered it with us. You do not have to give it to us, we can still mail you instead if you prefer. If you change your e-mail address, please do let us know.	We are now offering reduced rates for day boarding and for off-peak Saturday to Sunday stays. Day boarding is available from 9am to 5pm for £10.00 + VAT per dog. It is not available for cats. Saturday to Sunday boarding is available for a single day rate. Conditions apply. We are always happy to show you around our kennels & cattery  - you don't need an appointment. Just turn up during our opening hours,  and we'll show you around and answer any questions you will, undoubtedly, have. We advise that it is essential to visit any prospective kennel/cattery that you intend to use to ensure that the facilities provided meet your requirements.	All dogs must have received their kennel cough vaccination at least ten days, preferably fourteen days, prior to arrival and less than twelve months prior to departure. Please remember to bring vaccination certificates with you if they have been re-vaccinated since their last stay. These requirements are demanded by our insurers.	All information you give us is confidential. We only use it when we need to contact you or for processing various  payments. We will not provide this information to any third party unless required to do so by applicable laws. This means that we will not divulge personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for example.	Christmas and the New Year are very busy times for us so we recommend that you try to finalise any kennelling that you will need as soon as possible. The kennels and cat pens really start to fill up for this period from the beginning of October so it becomes more difficult to find space as the festive season approaches.
